10 April - 77 dinner tickets booked  - including 21 Honorees (ahead of the expected run rate - headed to 100+).  Deadline to book 28th April.

Class of 2024 Inductions & Awards Weekend will take place in Cancun México from May 17-19th with the dinner on the 18th. 

​

Tickets for IMSHOF Ceremony dinner - here ("Mandala Beach Club", Blvd. Kukulcan Km. 9.5 Punta Cancun. zona hotelera - walking distance from the hotels).   Starting Saturday 18th May - register 6pm.  Dress Code please - less formal than previous ceremonies > men:  long trousers, socks and closed dress shoes, and dress shirt with collar.  Women will know what to wear!

 

1.  Make sure you select main course (Meat, Fish or Vegetarian)

2.  If you are buying 2 tickets with the same main course > then click to get “2”.   If they are different – select 1, add to cart, then do the second one (with a different main course), add to the cart and then go to pay.

3.  If you are buying an 8 person group ticket – then select “7” (to get the pricing discount).  If you know all the main courses then follow the instructions in 2 above (example 4 Meat, 2 Fish and 1 Vegetarian and add the 8th meal to the note).  If you don’t know YET – order 7 Fish and email info@imshof.org later to change.

4.  If you are bringing children (age 3-10) – we’ll hope to have a lower priced menu.  Please email us on info@imshof.org with your plan.

Registration (advance booking discount) is now open - swim details for these (walking distance from the above hotels) - register

• Friday (May 17)       many will arrive early, and casual dinners will be organized. Watch for invitations closer to the day.

 

• Saturday (May 18)   1.9 km and 3.8 km swims, swim discussion (open to the public), Congress (for ceremony attendees), Induction & Awards Dinner, and after dinner drinks

 

• Sunday (May 19)     10 km swim (note there is a typo in the booking system showing May 18th - this is being corrected).

Normally you would need to go to an office (15 minute taxi trip) to sign the waiver and collect your "swim package".  We'll arrange for those attending the dinner to sign/collect that the Hotel Krystal Cancun.

​

IMSHOF Congress 

 

Saturday 18th 2-4 pm (near the hotels).  An opportunity for Honorees (and some other guests - space permitting) to discuss key topics in the sport.  Topics included in February Newsletter.

Mobility

​Easy wheelchair access from hotels to dinner.  Swim registrants will see a screen requesting any requirement due to physical disabilities.
